Meet Breyata

A personal calling turned into purposeful service.

Hello, and welcome! My name is Breyata Battle, and I am the proud owner of Helen Needs LLC. Caring for others has always been more than a career for me—it has been my passion and my purpose.

For the past 12 years, I have dedicated my life to working in healthcare, providing compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care to individuals and families who need support. My journey into caregiving began long before I started working professionally. When my grandmother became ill, I stepped in to help care for her, ensuring she was comfortable, safe, and surrounded by love. Shortly after, I also had the privilege of helping care for my grandfather.

Those experiences taught me the true meaning of compassion, patience, and selfless service. They inspired me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference in the lives of others every single day.

For the past three years, I have proudly served as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Throughout my career, I have assisted with daily living activities, companionship, personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and helping people maintain their independence while preserving their dignity.

Our mission

Dependable, compassionate, and personalized care.

Our mission is simple: to provide dependable, compassionate, and personalized care that improves the quality of life for every person we serve.

I understand that inviting someone into your home is a decision built on trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to ensure that every person feels valued, respected, and cared for while giving families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in capable hands.

Exceptional care goes beyond completing daily tasks. It means building meaningful relationships, listening with compassion, encouraging independence, and creating a positive environment where people feel safe and supported.

“Every person I care for is treated with the same kindness, respect, and attention that I would give to my own family.”

Care in real life

Human connection is at the heart of Helen Needs.

Support is not only about what gets done. It is about how people feel while receiving it: seen, included, encouraged, and respected.

Our values

The way support is delivered matters.

Dignity first

Every person deserves to feel respected, heard, and valued in every interaction.

Dependability

Families need clear communication, consistency, and a provider they can count on.

Personalization

Support should reflect the individual's routines, strengths, preferences, and goals.

Independence

Help should create confidence and capability—not take choice away.

Connection

Belonging, friendship, and community participation are essential parts of a full life.

Family peace of mind

Families deserve a partner who understands the trust involved in welcoming support.
